Montage – My initial Flight Training – Naple APF. I began my initial flight training in Naples Florida in 1999. Transitioning between the R22 and 206, the video also depicts where I gained most of my love for and interest in flying helicopters, which of course was none other than Airwolf. I would later spend time in Connecticut where I would work on my instrument/commercial flying … flying in the snow and ice, and doing confined area ops atop snow covered mountains (or very, very big hills – My first flight instructor (seen in the video) was Joe Fragione of London Aviation, FL. One of the most upstanding guys and best pilots I know.
